Networking is a lot like coming up with fresh ideas—if you want to improve your connections, you need to consider what you're putting in. Continuous learning is a key part of networking and just like how we think about our diet when we feel sluggish or low-energy, our networking outcomes depend on the quality of the content we consume. Our ultimate diet for networking; just like our interactions and conversations, are educational, and gives the entrepreneurial spIrit the right input makes all the difference.

So, here’s our current "networking diet." It’s not necessarily the gold standard, but it’s what we find valuable right now.
